Google's French 'right to be forgotten' fine annulled by country's top court

Google has scored a major court victory against French privacy watchdog CNIL as the country's top court annulled a "right to be forgotten" decision dating back to 2016.

In a ruling handed down today, the State Council upheld an opinion produced for the court earlier this month by magistrate Alexandre Lallet
