Google must defend New Mexico children's-privacy claims despite US judge's reconsideration of 2020 decision

A federal judge agreed with Google today that she used a flawed analysis to preserve children’s-privacy allegations by New Mexico’s attorney general against the search giant, but using a revised analysis, she nevertheless found that her decision to deny Google’s motion-to-dismiss last year was correct.
