Google challenges EU court loss over antitrust abuse of search engine

Google is continuing its fight against an EU fine of 2.42 billion euros ($2.7 billion), filing a new appeal against an initial court judgment from November that ruled the European Commission had correctly found the search engine in breach of antitrust law.
