Google ad monopoly lawsuit opens with questions on expected AG probe, access to documents

Google lawyers appeared in front of a federal judge today to discuss how to proceed in a lawsuit brought by ad purchasers who accuse the company of monopolizing the digital ad market.

Judge Beth Labson Freeman set an Oct. 16 deadline for the two sides to come up with a joint statement
