Google ad exchange must be held to same data-access rules as other electronic exchanges, Texas consultant says

Google’s digital advertising exchange must follow the same rules in providing equal access to data that stock markets, airline ticketing and sports- and arts-performance ticketing markets follow, a consultant for the state of Texas in its US antitrust case against Google said today.
