General Motors factory in Mexico flagged for possible labor violations under North American trade pact

American carmaker General Motors’ facility in Mexico allegedly denied its workers the right of free association and collective bargaining and should be reviewed by the Mexican government as required by the updated North American trade agreement, the US trade chief said today.
