Gazprom, Qualcomm disputes back with EU judges for May hearings

Qualcomm’s challenge to a 997 million-euro EU fine ($1.2 billion) and a fight over remedying Gazprom’s distribution practices will come before the bloc's courts in May for rescheduled hearings, MLex has learned.

The disputes were due to be heard in the first two months of this year, but were postponed amid fresh pandemic restrictions.
