Further EU energy crisis measures could be tabled for approval by ministers next month

A second set of proposals to tackle the EU's energy crisis will be forged in coming weeks with the bloc's energy ministers possibly considering them for approval at an emergency meeting next month, an official said today.

The ministers will have an informal meeting on Oct. 12, where they are expected to discuss
