FTC tells US judge Meta's constitutional arguments based on 'speculation'

The US Federal Trade Commission told a federal judge today that its plan to use its administrative court to pursue claims that Meta Platforms failed to comply with a 2020 privacy settlement doesn't violate the principle of separation of powers between branches of government.
