FTC’s Qualcomm case won’t go to US Supreme Court due to ‘significant headwinds,’ Slaughter says

The US Federal Trade Commission won’t appeal a key case against chipmaker Qualcomm to the Supreme Court due to major "headwinds” blowing against the agency, acting Chair Rebecca Slaughter said today

“Given the significant headwinds facing the Commission in this matter, the FTC will not petition the Supreme Court to review the decision
