FTC Commissioner Holyoak would 'strongly' consider revising US merger guidelines

Federal Trade Commission member Melissa Holyoak said she has numerous concerns with US merger guidelines issued less than a year ago and  would strongly consider revising them.
The Republican commissioner said during a webinar* that the new guidelines aren't helpful because they don’t cite new law and strip out economics,
