France's Mersen found guilty but no fine imposed in India's carbon-brushes cartel

Mersen, the Paris-based manufacturer of parts for electric motors, along with its local rival, Assam Carbon Products, was found guilty by the country’s antitrust regulator of cartelization in the supply of carbon brushes to the Indian Railways, on Monday.
The Competition Commission of India, or CCI, found several emails exchanged
