Former Formula One racing boss Bernie Ecclestone was told he faces a criminal trial in London in October next year over allegations that he avoided tax on hundreds of millions of pounds.
The 91-year-old is accused of fraud by false representation, after allegedly failing to declare to the UK’s tax
