Former Citigroup trader, acquitted in criminal antitrust trial, can't use same evidence to fight regulator, US DOJ says

A former forex trader, acquitted of colluding with rivals, has no right to use evidence from US criminal proceedings to try to exonerate himself in a US bank regulator's related case, a prosecutor said.
