Former Canadian oil executive to be sentenced Feb. 22 over bribery scheme

A former Canadian oil executive who pleaded guilty to a bribery conspiracy is set to be sentenced on Feb. 22. The Chadian officials whom he bribed are still at large, a US Department of Justice prosecutor said.
