Former Advanz lawyer sets out antitrust compliance credentials as UK drug-pricing appeals kick off

Advanz Pharma's former top lawyer told a UK judge today that he was well versed in antitrust compliance in the opening exchanges in a trial of drugmakers' challenges to UK fines for unfair pricing kicked off.
