Fiat Chrysler’s UK cartel damages trial against NTN to proceed as planned, court says

A UK damages trial brought by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles against NTN over a vehicle ball-bearings cartel is set to begin early next year as the Japanese defendant seeks to throw out an earlier court ruling nullifying part of its defense.
