Fiat Chrysler, Peugeot file merger paperwork with CADE under full-form notification

Fiat Chrysler and Peugeot have filed paperwork with the Brazilian competition authority using a full-form notification, MLex has learned.
Transactions require a full-form notification when the combined market shares of the parties exceed 20 percent, or when one of the companies has a 30 percent share in a vertically-related market.
