Facebook to get default judgment in data scraping suit against Ukrainian programmer

Facebook will be granted a default judgment in litigation against Alexander Solonchenko, a Ukrainian programmer accused of scraping data from 178 million user profiles, a US judge said.

US District Judge Laurel Beeler said she is completing a written order in Facebook’s favor, which will be filed in the Northern District of California
