Facebook moves to settle French antitrust probe into adtech

Facebook has moved to settle a French antitrust inquiry prompted by a complaint by adtech company Criteo, France's competition authority has said.

The Autorité de la Concurrence put the offer out for consultation today, with the possibility that the tech giant could escape a fine (see here).
