Facebook cites Supreme Court's 13(b) ruling to argue US FTC 'lacks authority' to maintain monopoly suit

Facebook says the US Federal Trade Commission "lacks authority" to maintain a monopolization suit against it in federal district court, citing last week's Supreme Court decision on the limits of the agency's powers under Section 13(b).
