Facebook can't expect EU privacy probes to start from 'empty notebook,' Irish watchdog says

Facebook can't expect every investigation into its compliance with EU privacy laws to start from "a man with his pencils and an empty notebook," as it has through years of legal challenges in various jurisdictions, the Irish High Court heard today.
