Facebook ad targeting suit gets chilly reception from federal judge

Facebook’s ability to let advertisers target ads by age and gender doesn’t appear to be at immediate risk after a federal judge in San Francisco today aggressively challenged the premise of a lawsuit saying the social network illegally steered financial services ads away from women over 40.
