Extended UK clearinghouse access to EU shows cooperation is possible, says BOE’s Bailey

An EU pledge last week to extend UK clearinghouses’ access to the bloc shows that both sides can work together constructively in the wake of Brexit, Bank of England Governor Andrew Bailey said today.
