Eurofiber, Proximus file joint venture for EU review

Eurofiber and Proximus have requested EU approval to form a joint venture to build an extensive fiber network in the south of Belgium, according to an update today to the European Commission's deal register.
The commission has set a July 26 deadline to decide on the deal.
