EU takes Seraphim back to court over EUR20 million Chinese solar-panel dumping bill

Annulled EU dumping duties on Chinese solar panels will be debated at the bloc’s top court after the European Commission lodged an appeal against the lower court’s ruling, MLex has learned.

The lower-tier General Court in July overturned duties of more than 20 million euros ($23.3 million) given to Chinese solar
