EU steelmakers fail in bid to impose EU tariffs on Serbian rival

Serbian hot-rolled steel correctly dodged EU dumping tariffs, according to judges at the EU court, who ruled that the European Commission was allowed to discard the low import levels as immaterial, despite finding dumping.
ThyssenKrupp, ArcelorMittal and other steelmakers, represented through association Eurofer, were behind the case, asking for protection
