EU's Vestager to challenge court loss over Apple's Irish tax bill

The legal fight over Apple’s tax arrangements in Ireland will continue with EU competition chief Margrethe Vestager planning to file a further appeal against a court defeat in July.
The European Commission said the lower court’s ruling raised “important legal issues” for applying its state aid rules to tax-planning cases
