EU gatekeeper law should be ‘more ambitious’ on tech mergers, Dutch minister says

Draft EU legislation to cut back the power of Google, Apple, Facebook and Amazon should go further on mergers, not only by obliging big platforms to notify acquisitions, but also by assessing whether deals benefit or harm consumers, Dutch minister Mona Keijzer has suggested.
