EU countervailing duties on Chinese cross-border subsidies are legally sound, court rules

EU investigators were right to impose countervailing duties on glass-fiber fabrics and rovings made by Egyptian subsidiaries of Chinese state-owned producers, the EU’s lower-tier court ruled today.
Judges at the General Court said financial support that the companies received from China can be attributed to Egypt as the exporting country
