EU Commission seeks views on whether its competition enforcement is deterrent enough

The European Commission will gather views from the antitrust world on whether its enforcement is sufficiently dissuasive against anticompetitive practices and how it can be more impactful.

The regulator has published a call for tender today on a “survey of practitioners on the deterrent effects of EU competition enforcement.”
