EU buyer cartels, no-poach agreements in Vestager's sights as enforcers prepare raids

EU cartel enforcers are poised to conduct a series of dawn raids, the bloc's competition chief said today, warning over collusion in both purchases and hiring practices.

Inspections last week in the wood-pulp sector were "just the start of a series of raids that we’re planning for the months to come," Margrethe Vestager said.
