EU bank-resolution fee is too opaque but law behind it isn't at fault, top court rules

Germany's Landesbank Baden-Württemberg has succeeded in overturning a demand for contributions to an EU fund designed to manage failing lenders, after judges at the EU Court of Justice said the Single Resolution Board hadn't stated the reasons for the bill fully enough.
