EssilorLuxottica-GrandVision will get deadline reset in Brazil

The Brazilian competition authority has asked EssilorLuxottica and GrandVision to amend their initial notification because their filing didn't provide information about their activity in the market for contact lenses. The amendment will restart the 240-day deadline for the review of the deal.
