ENRC was suspected by UK's SFO of 'wilful blindness' over Gertler-linked deal, court hears

Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation executives were under suspicion by UK prosecutors for turning a blind eye to suspected corruption linked to Israeli businessman Dan Gertler, a London court was told today.
