ENRC founder’s daughter Machkevitch set to see UK SFO conviction quashed

Anna Machkevitch, the daughter of Alexander Machkevitch, who co-founded Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation, will likely see her conviction for withholding documents from the UK’s Serious Fraud Office quashed, after the prosecutor said it wouldn’t oppose her appeal.
