ENRC applies to have former Kazakh PM’s lawyers removed in UK case over leaked documents

Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation has asked a London court to force Kazakhstan’s former prime minister to replace his legal team less than two weeks before the trial of its breach of confidence claim against him.
