EDF's Luminus files buyout of E.On's Essent Belgium for EU approval

Luminus, owned by Électricité de France, has filed its takeover of E.On's Essent Belgium for approval by the European Commission, according to an update today to the regulator’s register of deals.
The commission has set an April 30 deadline to decide on the takeover.
