EasyJet joins Volotea in appeal of Italian state-aid clawback order at EU's top court

EasyJet has joined Spanish airline Volotea in challenging an EU decision requiring Italy to claw back state aid from a number of airlines at the bloc’s top court.
In its appeal filed on July 23, EasyJet is hoping to overturn a General Court judgment that upheld the European Commission’s 2016
