Dockers' antitrust probe sent back to Spain by EU's top court

Dockers in Spain won't see an antitrust probe against them decided by the EU's top court, after it today declined a request by the country's competition authority asking it to intervene.

The EU Court of Justice dismissed the request from the Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia that it rule
