Disney, software developers agree to halt behavioral ads on kids' gaming apps under US settlements

Walt Disney Co., Viacom, Comscore and a host of advertising software developers have agreed to stop serving behavioral ads to children through mobile gaming apps, to settle litigation alleging they illegally tracked children, according to a proposal submitted to a federal court in San Francisco.
