Dismissal of Facebook monopolization lawsuit challenged by New York, other states

The dismissal of a landmark US monopolization lawsuit against Facebook is being challenged by a coalition of 48 state and territorial attorneys general.
The group of states, led by New York, today filed notice of an appeal of the June 28 dismissal of their antitrust lawsuit to the United States
