Disclose annual carbon emissions, senior Bank of England adviser says

Companies should disclose their actual carbon emissions each year and should start accounting for the cost of carbon in their cash flows, a senior adviser at the Bank of England said today. 
The changes were necessary to enable companies to meet their net-zero carbon emissions targets, Michael Sheren said.
