DIC's purchase of BASF wins conditional approval from Japanese regulator

Japanese chemical company DIC’s purchase of German company BASF was approved by the Japan Fair Trade Commission which accepted the companies’ structural remedy to divest DIC’s American factory, the regulator announced today (see here).
