Details of Serco's UK plea deal unveiled in wake of execs' fraud acquittals

Serco executives "dishonestly manipulated" accounting records to justify overcharging the UK government for electronic-tagging contracts, the UK’s fraud agency said in the company’s 2019 plea deal, details of which were released today.
