Deloitte fined GBP15 million, given ‘severe reprimand’ over Autonomy audit

Big Four auditor Deloitte has failed in its bid to fend off a multimillion-pound penalty for “serious and serial failures” in its review of Autonomy before the big data technology company's sale to Hewlett-Packard.
