Data not discussed as 'essential facility' in China's finalized Big Tech guidelines

China's cabinet has removed a provision concerning the determination of data as an "essential facility" in its finalized antitrust guidelines for Big Tech. The deletion follows controversy about the provision's application when the question of data ownership remains unresolved in China.
