Data analytics becoming more important in US DOJ corruption probes, ex-FCPA unit chief says

The US Justice Department is using data analytics more in its corruption cases and will expect companies to produce data to defend their compliance programs, said two attorneys, one of whom has served as the chief of the DOJ’s Foreign Corrupt Practices Act unit.
