Daimler overturns ruling on truck-cartel damages claim at top German court

A German antitrust damages lawsuit against Daimler must be heard again, the Federal Court of Justice has said in a recently published ruling, quashing an appeal court’s February 2020 ruling and referring the case back.

In 2016, the European Commission fined truckmakers Volvo/Renault, Daimler, Iveco, and DAF a total of 2.93
