Covid-19 not shifting EU's merger approach, Air Canada questions suggest

The European Commission's determination not to allow the Covid-19 crisis to unduly weigh on its merger reviews has been laid bare in questions to Air Canada's competitors on concessions designed to clear its takeover of Transat, MLex has learned.
